WHAT'S INCLUDED

Up to 10 hour session

WEDDING ALBUM AND PRINTS

You will get:

Premium prints: 10 Fine Art prints 8x6'' + 40 Fine Art prints 6x4'' chosen by you chosen by you, presented in a beautiful handmade box with a USB stick.
Luxury wedding album: 12” x 12” with 30 pages in a matching box (upgrade options available).

TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION*

Mainland UK travel expenses and overnight accommodation for the main photographer are included in the package price where required.
* If accommodation is not needed, this will be reflected in the final quote.
Any additional costs are discussed in advance and added to the package price.

BOOKING DEPOSIT

A non-refundable booking deposit of £500 is required to secure your date. The wedding date will be considered officially booked once the deposit has been received.
The deposit is deducted from the total package price.

PLEASE NOTE: The remaining balance is due no later than one month before the wedding date.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

Want to add another couple of hours? Extra time will be charged at £150 per hour and must be paid before the time starts
Pre-wedding / engagement shoot with 20% discount - ~~£300~~ £240
Second photographer - £50 per hour
Extra edited images for £20 each
1+2 - luxury wedding album + parents' albums

- Some packages include Mainland UK travel and overnight accommodation for the main photographer (if required).
Where not included, any travel costs for sessions outside Wirral and Liverpool Central are calculated individually, discussed in advance, and added to the package price.
- A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The session date will be considered booked as soon as the deposit is paid. This deposit payment is then deducted from your package total price

- PLEASE NOTE: The final payment of remaining amount is due a minimum of one month before the wedding date

- PLEASE NOTE: If you book and your event is within 1 month of the date that you booked, full payment is required at the time of booking as I don't accept the payment on the day, as I required full payments by at least one month before your wedding date

- RAW and unedited images are not included in the package and not available to purchase
- IMAGE USAGE: As part of my photography service, I may use images and/or video captured during your photoshoot to promote my business. This may include showcasing them on my website, social media, portfolio, and other marketing materials. If you would prefer your images not to be used for promotional purposes, please notify me by email at nadiakolesphoto@gmail.com before your session.

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this Image Usage Agreement unless you have opted out in writing.

- Your gallery will stay online for 6 or 12 months

How long have you been doing this?

Over 14 years professionally

What kind of equipment do you use?

I use the latest professional mirrorless full-frame cameras and prime lenses. But the coolest thing? My cameras shoot completely silently! No more distracting clicks during those important moments! Plus, every photo is saved on two separate in-camera memory cards for instant backup.
And when I'm back home, I back everything up twice more for extra peace of mind.

Are you insured?

I covered by public liability insurance. Additionally, I am fully DBS checked.

How do we book?

In order to secure your wedding date, you will need to fill out the Booking Form on my website and pay booking fee.

How do we pay you?

Bank transfer for the deposit to secure the date and then the remaining amount is due a minimum of one month before the wedding date by bank transfer.

Do you travel for weddings?

Absolutely yes! I love travelling, and would definitely be open to shooting internationally.
All of my full-day wedding packages include Mainland UK travel expenses and I'll be happy to explore the UK, Europe and the World - I love a destination wedding! Drop me a message to chat about your plans.
